Birth date: November 22, 1975 at 6:49 in the morning, making me a Scorpio/Sagittarius cusp with a Scorpio rising and Scorpion Mercury placement, so my Scorpio nature is stronger than the Sag. Though I'm so thankful for the moderation of the Sagittarius or I'd be a right bitch most of the time...lol. I'm a pretty typical Scorpion, with considerable interest and focus placed on the study of psychology (more Jungian than Freudian), occult subjects, and the sciences (I tell you, I found the validation of the existence of "God" when studying sub-atomic theory). Interested in anything that adds to my "knowing" of the world around me, one of my main axioms is "knowledge is power". My chinese zodiac sign is a Wood Rabbit, which was a very good approximation of what kind of person I was in my younger years, but I have since found much more affinity to the western astrology interpretation as I aged.

Interests: As you probably guessed by the previous segment, astrology is a prominent interest of mine. I'm also a practicing wiccan, have been since childhood, but only became familiar with the name for what I was doing and what I believed at the age of 17. I find my strongest pantheon association is with the Aesir and Norse mythos. My primary focus with wicca study and magical working is more geared to spiritual training and energy work than to specific rites and ritual however, so I utilize aspects from all pagan crafts as I feel useful from Shinto to Strega.

In general I like to study anything that requires discipline and will, I like testing myself and my limits (which branches off into my S/M interests). From the extreme concentration of will needed to learn magical working, to the physical endurance pushed with things like martial arts training. I've trained in Tae Kwon Do initially, then moved to a dojo that taught an eclectic mix of Kung Fu, Muay Thai, Karate, and a few others thrown in for good measure. Then onto a school that taught Ninjutsu for a while. This has been my favourite art so far, but for personal reasons, I've left my training by the wayside for the last year.

Other general interests are things like body piercing, sky diving, dancing (it is how I express my soul), clothing design, web and graphics work, anything japanese, anime, animals (anything from the cute and furry to the smooth and scaly), clubbing, long walks in the park....the list goes on and on and on :)
